Unify Mobile acquires AllCommunications AG of Liechtenstein from Belgacom SA

In June 2009, Unify Nederland BV agreed on purchasing AllCommunications AG of Liechtenstein, from Belgacom SA.
 
On December 1ste 2009, the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein has approved the sale of AllCommunications to Unify Nederland BV, a Dutch Unify Group Holding company with affiliate telecom operations in many countries including Switzerland, and operating under the brand InPhone (www.inphone.ch). Today, the transaction with Belgacom has been finalised.
